Terrible company Was assigned them through our home warranty company to fix a leak in our bathroom They were supposed to call within hours to set up an appointment They never called days later, I called them, they never took my name or address, said that they had the work order "somewhere around here" and that they would be out between 8-on Tuesday 10:rolls around, no call no show Call company, no answer, leave a message Called home warranty company, they leave a message Finally a guy comes out around 11am Plumber hears the dripping noise and says he has to get clearance from the warranty company to cut a hole in the wall to investigate Says it will take about mins and he was going to go across the street to do another job and then come back Never comes back, never calls back hrs later, my husband calls them again and they say that we have to talk to our home warranty company Called the home warranty company and they tell us that the plumber says we weren't home WHAT?! Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with

The owner of Mountain Drains came to our house to replace a leaky faucet because one of his employees had an emergency with a sick father That shows great customer service, and respect for his employees He also charged less than half of the quote that I received from a plumber in Denver
