we have already initiated the refund as requested by the customer and also sent him the confirmation email regarding the sameWe have informed the customer that it takes 7-business days for the refund to be credited to the same account
Global Pacemind is in business for sometime now and we
have never recieved such a complaint in the pastWe will look into this matter at the earliest to make sure it never happens againAlso, to add on we never misrepresent us as norton or any other third party company or sell any products

My name is Sam W*** and Im the manager with Globalpacemind IncIm reverting back to the consumer complaint #***After going through this case we have found out several instances where customer after taking the software help through our website globalpacemind.com have requested for a
refund but the truth of the matter is when intially we were in touch with complainant's spouse who was the decision maker at that time was completely satisfied and content after getting the services offered
but later complaint was filed from the other party which has no reference or anything to with the services offered
now when the services were offered and according to company policy mentioned on the website stating "consumer is not liable for any refund or chargebacks after days or month period"we had requested the complainant to provide us with a valid proof that we have not provide the services or the softwares missing in the computer
last and not the least for the consumer complaint #***, consumer which is not the compainant was explained via our website what we are offering them as we work on webdesign and software help module
we also would like to add on that, complainant was asked to dispute the case with the back and we will provide valid receipts and proofs to fight the dispute case, as mentioned in the consumer complaint alot many things have been quoted by the complainant which is why we doubt the intensions and legality of this issue
