We had a verbal and paper contract with the Company Salinas Logistics for personal items shipment from Venezuela, Caracas to Lexington, KY. The Company Salinas Logistics failed honor their side of the contract and did not deliver the shipment to the final destination as agreed. There has been a lot of issues with the Salinas Logistics company since February 2018. After many months of back and forth communications between The Salinas Logistics representative and us, we finally agreed to terms of price and service. Now the company, Global Moving, is holding the shipment until payment is made without adequate inspection from the us. There has been break down of trust among all parties. After having so many issues with the Salinas company, the Global Moving Co is now being uncooperative and serving as an obstacle to finally resolving this issue. *** from Global company was informed of the shipment issues with the Salinas company. ***, her boss, has also been cc'd on all the emails. If needed we can provide more information and can give all the emails from *** at Global Moving.
