Good morning, [redacted]. Please find attached our official response to the above-referenced complaint by [redacted] I will be mailing the hard copy to you, as well as mailing a copy to [redacted].
Please note that we have been ACTIVELY working with this customer and the [redacted]...
DMV to complete his request for title. We have conducted a thorough review of this account and call logs, and the results indicate that we did not speak with [redacted] on the dates indicated in his complaint (9/6/13, 9/13/13, and 9/24/14), nor do we have any record of any such request being made prior to December 26, 2014.
Because we can show that we have been actively and diligently working to meet this customer’s needs since his first (and only) request, and since we cannot attest to (or control) the processing time of the [redacted] DMV, we respectfully request that this complaint be closed administratively so as not to negatively impact our rating. We do not feel that we should be penalized when we have not been provided an adequate amount of time to resolve the issue appropriately upon the customer’s first request.
