Review: June 29, 2013 (6:00 to 10:00pm) [redacted] did not show up for work. I called the agency @ 6:10am; spoke with [redacted] about the no call/no show. [redacted] was to call me back, but 12 mins later @ 6:22am, I left a message, than again @ 6:32am, I called left a message. At 6:40am [redacted] calls me on the cell phone at the same time [redacted] called me on the home phone. My bus left the drop off area @ 6:45am. I asked [redacted] to hold for a min, so I can speak with [redacted]-I return back to the call a min later she hung up the phone on me. I was frustrated with the WHOLE situation and I told [redacted] that [redacted] hung up on me. [redacted] proceed to explained that [redacted] call off. There are calls going back and forth the final call was @ 11:00am from [redacted] stating that the aide can come to WORK. NO aide at 6:00am but can come at 11:00 unacceptable. WHY!!!!!!!! [redacted] offer aide service for Sunday, I stated NO because I built up some detestation with her for not showing up for work. July 3, 2013 (8:00 to 5:30pm) [redacted] arrive on time. [redacted] trained [redacted] on the daily care of an amputee. I paid $25.00 to [redacted] for her service for the day. I called [redacted] later after work and explained that my mother would like [redacted] to be the primary caregiver and I gave great review on the service and kindliness that was shown to my mother. I also explained that my mother has an upcoming doctor appointment on July 8, 2013 and was requesting that [redacted] would take her, because [redacted] is not that strong to get my mother out the door. [redacted] stated that would be okay. I also asked about the upcoming weekend scheduleshe will to call me back. (NO CALL BACK) July 15, 2013 @ 10:00am I arrived at GHG at 9:56am for a 10:00am meeting with [redacted] CEO, [redacted] and [redacted]. Meeting started at 10:12am. Meeting started 12 mins late. We discussed issues in my outline, lacking of communication, lacking of accountable, etc. [redacted] asked for my address and stated that she mailed me my refund of $110.00, I gave her my receipt.July 22, 2013 @ 7:50am I called and left a message for [redacted] regarding the refund of $110.00 she promised to mail on July 15, 2013 during the meeting at your office along with [redacted] and [redacted] in attended.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $110.00 for the missed bus trip and $25.00 for trainer GHG home health aid.
