Seller advertised siamese kitten on website money was paid and no kitten and this worked along with a global delivery company promising delivery of pet and did not follow through. Seller has minimum of $600.00 and was still asking for more and no animal received. There are text messages, a photo and email correspondence. I requested a full refund and have not received it this was done in text and formally in an email and also a complaint was formally filed with my banker for fraud and scam activity as well, as the sellers account that collects the financial funds. The seller I noticed still has the picture up of the kitten that I purchased, I questioned if I bought him why is he still being posted for sale? I requested the kitten be removed from the site. He also asked for funds from friends of mine he thought wanted to buy as well.

The company is supposed to help people ship their pets between locations. According to the representative they have a new policy for covid 19 that was not posted on their website. It wasn't told to the sender before shipping, their requesting a sudden 1,600 or else me and the sender will be charged for animal abandonment. When speaking with them they agreed to lower it to 1,000 then the next day they suddenly changed their minds. Me and the sender both gave them the money When asked to speak to a supervisor the representative refuses to give any contact information then hung up on me as the recever.

scam, they sent tracking information about a puppy they were going to delivery and never happened.
