Due to a clerical error when updating the customers address on January 7, 2015, the state and zipcode were not entered in correctly and caused this to error out on the credit update I had to consult our software developer to uncover this glitch As of 10:am eastern time, I have
uploaded my weekly credit file to both bureaus a day early to accommodate this requestThe account has been updated as paid in fullOur internal company policy is to allow up to days after payment for the credit update to reflect within the bureausThis account was paid on February 19,well within our company guidelinesI do apologize for the confusionThanks,

That is why we could not find her number when she returned the call.[redacted] meant to dial[redacted] but instead dialed [redacted]. We do not have any...

business with [redacted]. We do not have her actual number in our system as this was just a misdial.

I have had a young lady by the name of CaSandra working with me to pay my bill and she has always been friendly and very helpful. She even call me when I've forgotten to pay my bill and I thank her for that. No reason for me to be mad when she calls, it my bill, just pay it I say. Thank you so much for people like her.
