It
is regrettable that the member feels the need to file a complaint with the Revdex.com
before ever reaching out to Global Exchange Vacation Club “GEVC”. The member
has only called member services once to get information to re-enroll into [redacted]
for nonpayment, which we assisted her with. GEVC will not cancel this
membership based on what this member believes she was told four (4) years ago.  All members know you have to pay for food and
drink at all inclusive resorts.  We are
happy to assist in an exchange to one (1) of the other 3,800 properties that
don’t offer food and have no fees.
