Global Entry Professionals

On August 21st, 2018, I hired Global Admissibility Professionals to assist me with the process of obtaining a U.S. Entry Waiver Application. I had gone through this process on my own once before, but I decided to invest in a company that specializes in this service to render the experiences less arduous. A contract was signed and the net total price of 592.12$ was agreed upon.

At first it seemed as though Global Admissibility Professionals were providing reasonable customer service (via phone and e-mail). I provided them with all the documentation they requested (i.e. fingerprints, charge form, court docs, etc.). I received regular updates until the date of January 22nd, 2019, when all communications stopped completely. No resolution was ever reached. Global Admissibility Professionals disappeared of the face of the planet. I followed up with all of the e-mail addressed of employees (see below) who I had previously dealt with on these dates (May 22nd, 2019, August 13th, 2019, and October 16th, 2019). Still no reply. Since then I've tried calling their phone line (seems to be out of order) and consulting their website (seems to be offline). I have no idea what happened to this company, ***.

I am able to provide documentation of all e-mail interactions that I had with this company, as well as any documentation requested on their behalf.

It is important to note that, due to the nature of this service, they are now in possession of much of my private information such as: fingerprints, passport, SIN, credit card number, etc.)

I contacted Global Entry Professionals in January 2019 to employ them to progress with a Record Suspension.

I have been dealing with an individual named *** whom, was always available by telephone and promptly answered emails, she provided updated details regarding my process, this, until my fees had all been paid in full, now, impossible to obtain on a telephone call, line hangs up on me almost instantaneously. Emails are, if at all, answered days, or weeks later. Never anything tangible gleaned from them.

***. I am out of pocket in excess of $1000.00 CAD, not to mention the time lost in obtaining a Record Suspension so as to enable me to move up in the labor force. Record Suspensions can take up to a year, if not longer, to process. Loosing 5 months time has set me back considerably in my quest for other than entry level employment.

I seek to either have my file with them handled in a timely professional manner. I seek to be able to resolve this communications connectivity issue.
