Review: I wanted to get my diploma online. A family member directed me to [redacted].I took the test and gave them $209.30 for the diploma.Over One year later I received an email from their legal department saying to contact them, when I did I was informed that if I did not give them another $250.00 that my diploma was worthless.When I asked for a refund I was told that since I had not asked for a refund within a year they were not obligated to refund my money.Never was I informed that I would need to pay more to make my diploma legal, until after they were no longer obligated to refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $209.30 that was payed for a diploma that can not be used.
