we have gone above and beyond to try and satisfy this customer. she has been very difficult to deal with and has made several unfounded complaints to several agencies. the city, the county, the humane society ect. have all been here and have...

found all her complaints to be untrue. the used tank in question did get damaged at time of delivery and since we did not have another used tank of equal value to replace it with offered her a full refund which she did not except demanding a new tank she was told that we could order her a new one and she could pay the difference. the puppy did have parasites and even though our contract clearly states we do not reimburse vet bills for parasites and any vet bill will not be paid if the puppy was not taken to our vet which they did not do we did pay there full vet bill and also gave her extra discounts at the store. [redacted] has been very disruptive and has continued to harass me and my staff and caused harm to my business and a restraining order against her has been filed and granted. her threats and demands and refusing to resolve the the issues may cause us to handle it in court. this complaint is unfounded and untrue.
