I ordered swimsuits from this site which I immediately tried on. They did not fit so I immediately emailed about a return following the directions on the site. I had to email two more times before receiving a reply 15 days later. They asked for a picture of the items I wanted to return which I sent immediately. 13 days later they responded offering a 4$ refund and that I keep the suits. I responded no and copied their return policy in the reply Which is copied here:
Return/Exchange Process

b. Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
c. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
d. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at ***@glitzyone.com to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

They then responded that the return would cost 35-40 dollars and offered 7$. I replied no. They have now offered 10$ and 12$ and now say shipping would cost 40-50$.

They are not truthful in their advertising and policies. They never mention returning items to China on their site, original shipping was 7.99 so I assumed return shipping would be similar. This appears to be a fraudulent company falsely advertising easy returns and refunds.
