Gliss Labrador Retrievers

I contacted Gliss Labrador Retrievers located at XXXXX *** in *** (XXX) XXX-XXXX, to purchase a black lab puppy. I researched and thought they were a legitimate business. I was assured several times by *** and have the email thread to prove it, that they were legitimate, have been in business 11 years and there was a 100% money back guarantee. I paid the *** fee for the puppy, ***. The puppy was set to be shipped to me on 07/18/20. I was contacted by the shipping company Blizz Movers, to inform me that the dog dropped off to them in an unacceptable crate. I contacted Gliss to notify them that Blizz Movers was charging an additional *** fee to rent an acceptable crate for shipping. After going back and forth with Blizz on whether or not they would take care of this, I told her to cancel the dog purchase and I would like a refund as this additional fee was not discussed prior. She assured me that she would have her cashier refund the money. I have not heard from her since and any attempts to reach her have been void. She has blocked my cell phone number, and emails are no longer going through.
