The CEO is very difficult to deal withOverblown ego I wish I could be nicer, but have to be factual in my assessment
Purchased a "Pro-Mesh" cover with a year warrantyAfter the 3rd season the straps where completely shredded due to the heavy snow load we experienced that winter
Despite the cover being manufactured for our specific region the company provided no warranty coverage for the damageThe warranty covers workmanship and materials but the company denied there was any problem with the materials even though two of our neighbours covers the same age didn't experience this problem
The retailer suggested that GLI was hit with a lot of warranty claims due to the severity of the winter and did not want to have to put out the $ to cover the damage
The representative from GLI I dealt with was completely unresponsive to our concerns and offered to replace our cover at 150% of the original cost, which they suggested was a considerable reduction in the regular retail price
When they advertise their year warranty they do not indicate it only covers workmanship and materials
Do not buy a GLI cover
