Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I never wrote the serial number on the receipt, the salesperson Tracy did, I showed her what I wanted on the catalogue and she wrote the wrong number on my receipt, how is that my fault? I wanted a two light sconce, she wrote for a three light, how am I to know exactly what she wrote? I trusted that the employees at this place know what they are doingand I still have them because I can't return them as the business said, I can only get store credit, but I don't wanna deal with them anymore as a customerthey are liars and incredibly RUDE!
