I paid them to install 2 batteries in my RV. They installed them incorrectly and caused over $450 in damage.
Paid for install of 2 batteries. Manager later admitted on record that he didn't actually know how they were supposed to be installed but did it anyway. I was told to get an estimate of damage, which I did. They then refused to pay for damages.
I requested the business cover the cost of the damage which Nate said over the phone would be done. When I came in he then recanted and refused to cover repairs.
On Friday 1/18 we were able to reach an agreement. It was signed and final on Wednesday 1/23/18.
Glenn's has operated since 1952 in the same county by the same family. We find the statements made to be untruthful and slanderous in nature. We have no farther comment on the matter.
