Glenn Tatum Septic Service

I called this company after my tenants called me first thing in the morning with backup issues. Glenn answered the phone, was very polite, said he had a busy schedule but, would get out to the house sometime today 10/2/2108. Jeff called me in the afternoon to say he was on his way out which I was surprised by because I thought it would be much later in the day. He arrived shortly after he called and pumped out tank. He called me back after finishing, was very nice, professional and very helpful in giving me a good picture of what was going on with my rental. I highly recommend this company for OUTSTANDING customer service in all areas!!
