In response to the complaint from [redacted] in unit #130.The issue with Ms. [redacted] ac leak did take maintenance more than one time to repair, however the leak has been repaired and maintenance did go into the unit to work on the ac when work orders were submitted. still short one service technician. I have reviewed our service request system and do not see any uncompleted service requests for this referenced unit. If they would like to place a Service Request this can be done conveniently online at [redacted] or at the office during business hours. Unfortunately, during the move in/move out process we have people maliciously break the common area door mechanisms, by disconnecting and propping them open. We fix these issues regularly, as they are reported or as team members notice the issues, these items can also be reported as a Common Area Service Request online.
