We appreciate the opportunity to further help with this issue. However, we have left several phone messages this week with no reply from the customer. Our last phone conversation about two weeks ago was that you had installed the cylinder heads which we had a professional machine shop...
rebuild and the compression was still showing low. We found that during the call, you had not attempted to start the engine and the engine tested with a "dry" compression. We both agreed in our call, that you should start the engine and then do a "wet" compression, if there were still any issues. We have not heard anything from you about those results or any other issues until this notification through Revdex.com. We are not sure if this writing is from before that last call or after? There are some issues in your write up that we would like to clarify. First, the heads that we had repaired were done at an independent professional cylinder head repair facility. Second, we provided you a FULL Refund of the gaskets per the receipts you provided us. Third, we have been in operation since 1969 and are definitely not in it for the "Quick Buck". You still have a warranty on the engine and we stand behind the parts we sell. If there is still an issue, we would like to discuss the specifics of those with you and resolve them with you. Being in operation since 1969, we take pride in offering quality parts at competitive prices with above average warranties.
