Around five years ago, we had brand new HVAC units installed in our apartment by Glenbrook Heating & Air Conditioning (Stamford)The units only work properly until the settings need to be changed from heating to cooling and vice versaThat means, we have had to make a service call to the installer twice a yearHe never gave us a clear reason for this issue but was able to fix it every time we called him - unfortunately, only temporarily, until the seasons changed
Our patience has run out this year when we needed air conditioning during this hot weekMy wife called their customer service number ###-###-#### on May 24thShe specifically requested a different installer in hopes someone else would be able to fix it for goodI placed another call day laterHere we are, six days later, with zero responseI tried to held ahold of someone at the actual office of the company at ** *** *** ** *** but didn't find anybody there at am during a work weekNo business hou
