Review: My in-laws have been buying their jewelry from Glaub Jewelers for many years so when my wedding ring needed to be tightened I entrusted it to these people. This was in the summer of 2011. It is now 2014, and I still haven't gotten my ring back. In 3 years my family & I have been going back and forth with them through phone calls, emails and texts and they have been giving us the run around. I finally went to their store this summer 2014 and confronted them. Their son [redacted] has finally told us that they have detroyed my wedding ring during the process of tightening because it is a PLATINUM ring and platinum is a very hard metal. I have never heard of such a thing because my sister has the same exact ring and her jeweler never had any issue with the platinum metal.[redacted], promised to make me a new one that is exactly like the original. It has been 4 months and I still dont have my ring. He keeps telling me its ready but refuses to take a photo to send to me and he keeps telling us its ready but has not sent it and now he isn't answering any of our phone calls. Please help me. I am desperate. I just want my wedding ring and resolve this issue but cannot do anything because they refuse to take our calls.we have moved to [redacted] and the jewelers are in [redacted].
