Review: Purchased a gas log fireplace insert it has produced soot throughout the first floor of my home. Cannot get a return call. Made appointments to see damage never showed up. Asked for full name of management an person hung up on myself an my homeowners insurance contact person.Whole area needs to be cleaned, repainted, new electrical outlets installed this is a new renovation project an now it is a mess.Poor service and very rude.It was installed by licensed personnel who had inspection through the Town of Manchester.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stand behind their products an if there is a defect they should contact the manufacturer and pay for cleaning an re-painting this area.

We made a mistake and showed up an hour early for this appointment, and have scheduled another. as for the price paid for this gas log set $677.00 purchased during a summer sale. We did not install this gas log. Vented gas logs cause soot and we have not had a chance to determine why. And yes I have been in touch with customer, so it is untrue that I have not been returning calls ,As you can see in thirty years of business we have not one complaint. There is a 99 % chance this is to do with a bad drawing fireplace. We will determine that . Thank you,
