Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: in depth research into the past dealings and fraudulent history of 'Glass' has confirmed that this business and its owner, [redacted] , are completely fraudulentI have overwhelming evidence that this business has defrauded countless individuals like myself, even selling generic window tint as 3M quality tint! I have every intention of sueing 'Glass' in a court of law and filing a police report about their fraudulent activitiesSeveral witnesses are also involved in indentifying this fraudulent businesses activitiesThis business has made absolutely zero effort to repay my promised refund and has no intention of doing so, as the owner has a long history of fruadulent activity, even of which he has a criminal history forPlease take my complaint seriously as more and more customers are having to resort to legal action against this business as long as it remains active Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we were not told about the sensors until after the windows and doors were installed after they put one sensor up then they told me they weren't suppose to do that we weren't told about the missing door until I had paid the deposit and then we were told the next dayI never told them I was happy with the bidI didn't except the check return because I didn't believe himWhen I was called by the owner and told him my complaint he said he would talk to the salesman and call me the next day which he never didIf he thought I wasn't happy then he should have come over and talked to me and if we couldn't work it out then he could have refunded my moneywe kept asking why our bid wasn't broke down and they never responded even in there respond to the Revdex.comif they would have broke down the bid like we had asked then we wouldn't be doing this because he would have found his errorI never refused to pay them until the owner showed up because they came over the next day after installation was doneAfter they told me they wouldn't do the sensors then I called the alarm peoplethen the owner said he would pay themthe product was ok but it's not very sound proofthe customer service was really badespecially from the ownersince we had asked for a bid break down then they should honor their bid that we accepted not the one they used for their bait and switch.Sincerely, [redacted]
