Beware of doing business with this individual. We paid up front on the recommendation of our contractor, whom we trust. That was our first mistake. Ashly [redacted] is amateurish and unprofessional and the quality of his work is subpar. He kept delaying the installation, then ordered the wrong size door, delayed the installation some more, after which he managed to install a chipped panel and chipped door. First offered to replace the panels, then retracted his offer. Dealing with this person feels like you're dealing with a stoned teenager: makes up stories (read how many people complain that he had a "emergency"), cannot deliver, is unreachable most of the time, sullen, unprofessional. I don't bother to complain, in his misery he needs the money more than I do.
