Review: Called business numerous of times but got no reply. Left voicemails still nothing. Company states they no longer provide warranty service for services already rendered on their answering machine. I needed service on water heater problem.Desired Settlement: Need a warranty for the water heater I paid for(500$). If anything happens to it I would need a warranty on it.

in response to this complaint, aei is no longer taking warranty calls.this is clearly stated in our voicemail greeting.we are sorry for the inconvenience.wether we installed the water heater or not is a moot point. the water heater manufacturer has many other companies to choose from. there is no reason for this complaint to go any further.
