I have spoken with Mr. several times and offered him half of his money back ($250). We asked him to get us three quotes to repair the scratch that he originally said we caused. If you see this truck it does not have a dent/scratch free area on it anywhere. He sent me a quote for nearly $1400 so I called the body shop to see what they were repairing. They laughed when I said we scratched the area around the back glass. He had them quote to repair multiple areas on the truck and never even mentioned the damage we might have caused. I believe we have been more than fair with him.

1st body shop I went to said the glass dr manager said it was a scratch and that she said no she quoted the exact spot glass dr damaged which is both scratched and dented from tech using a pry bar. The second place I went to was suppose to be with me and Glass dr managers. Which they did not come nor did anyone call the body shop . Instead sent someone behind my back. Did not talk to me. I caught him taking pictures of my truck with out my consent. The tells me the tech who worked on my truck was fired and that I was right about my proof. 20 mins later tells me thru text Im a liar and that I have no proof. They claim to have 3 signatures which clearly js 2 different signatures. They sent a "pre inspection" which I never did with the tech who worked on my truck. The "pre inspection" they claim they did shows no proof damage plus the pictures they took was on 12/13. Not during the day of work. I also have picture of the tech prying around the window also showing he busted the glass leaving me glass in the cabin of the truck. They do not want to repair the damages there tech has done.
We have already offered to repair the scratch that we might have caused. We will not be repairing dents on your truck from previous damage.

Glass dr both scratched and damaged the area with a pry bar while removing the old window from my truck. If they "claim" they didnt damage they ur tech could of pointed it out during glass dr fake pre inspection. Which again they did not do. Prior to work I request of guarantee of taking responsibility of any damages caused. Which they have clearly did during removal of the damaged window. And of course with how he did the removal not professional by breaking the glass leaving pieces everywhere of me having to clean up. It deff a reason of a tech not knowing how to properly perform the job. I have a picture of tech prying that same area
GlassDoctor caused multiple problems with the install of a custom glass shower door and then abandoned the job completely.
They failed to order the custom sized panels for over a week until I called them (on the expected install date) to ask why they weren't on the job. Weeks later they arrived with the wrong height door (inches taller than fixed panel) and they install the custom sized fixed panel upside down so that the opening left for the door is now one and one half inches out-of-sq. The top opening is wider than the bottom. To make matters worse GlassDoctor abandoned the job completely and has not returned any phone call I placed to the owner.
fix the problems and correct install the glass doors
On October 11 Mr. called in asking for a quote on a frameless shower enclosure. On October 13 one of our Glass Specialists went out to obtain measurements.
At that time Mr. requested a 22" door & a 35" panel. I quoted this with a standard size 24" door. He then told us that he a cheaper quote and would we match it. We agreed to this by offering a $229 discount and he paid a deposit of $525 on 10/16. Due to an oversight in the office his glass was not ordered until October 24. To compensate for this I gave him another $75 discount.
We went out to install his shower on October 31. As is customary, we installed the fixed panel first. At this time Mr. complained that he asked for a 26" door, not a 24" door. We would not have agreed to match his other quote if the door was a 26" door.
The next day I refunded his deposit and told him that we would not complete his project.
