Gas South lured me to switch to a .29Cents a therm rateLast August I found the rate had increased to cents and my $bill had increasedI am years old on a SSI income and could not pay the $billThe gas was shut off in AugustNow three mouths without gas hot water and heat I call and pay $to have the gas reconnected and am told that I must pay a reconnect fee and must pay another $and agree to a $early disconnect fee for mouths and the rate will be Cents a therm! Today is Tuesday and I will be taking cold showers with no heat in the house until next Tuesday 11/29/I must pay Cents a therm until 5/31/before I can switch to another company that is advertising cents per thermCorporate GREED?

My experience with Gas South in these past two month is Awful I been costumer of this company for a year but since I moved to this new place they raised my Gas bill I dont understand why the Spanish speaking ladies that been answering my calls are too RUDE & Mean they don't have no answers for my request the service is BAD
