Response:We have been in touch with Mr*** about his Ford FocusMr***'s communicated to us that the main complaint is the fitment of the partThe part is a factory Ford partThe valance snaps into his bumper cover, so there is no adjustment to the partThe valance being too short is a
manufacturing problem from the vehicle makerMr*** even emailed us complaints from other Ford Focus owners about their Valance's not fitting properly eitherWe simply painted the part and installed itUnfortunately there is no way we can make the part fit any betterWe have offered a full refund if Mr*** wants to bring the part back or a partial refund if he wants to keep the partAs for the color, this is a stage yellow paint that is very difficult to matchTo keep the cost reasonable, we quoted Mr*** a price to paint the valance and not to blend the colorAfter spending considerable time attempting to match the paint, we had no choice but to blend the color onto the bumper to achieve an acceptable matchThis additional work would normally be billed on the job, but we did the blending for free as a courtesy to Mr***As stated earlier, we are more than willing to work with Mr*** to come to a mutual resolutionI have personally contacted Mr *** and offered him options for resolutionAt this point, we are waiting to hear back from him on which option He would like to take
