Review: I ordered dance costumes from this company for my studio. None of the sizing was correct, and had to return 5 for new sizes. The 5 came back with no zippers or fasteners attached. Called the company because 2 were still not sized correctly. Paid for them to be returned and paid myself for the seamstress to fix. Company was suppose to send me a bigger size and lost package. When I called they finally found the costume and sent the same size. Costume came the day before competition, when it was supposed to be shipped 6 days earlier. Girl tried it on and ripped the zipper. Had to have it altered for competition. When I called the company, they wanted to charge me for another costume. Said it was my problem and I should just deal with it. I deal with a lot of costume companies, but their lack of respect to the customer and bad business practices leaves my blood boiling. I think this company should send me a costume to cover all the runs to the post office, getting zippers and closures fixed, dealing with all the parents disappointment, and the perdicament they put me in for not seeing things thru. WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!Desired Settlement: Replace the bottoms.
