We have notified the customer numerous times that the reversal was done last week. I’m not sure why she sent this to the Revdex.com, as I’ve told the customer numerous times that it depends on their bank, and most banks take 3-5 business days to reverse the funds to the customers account. We cannot assure the duration of the funds. We have also sent the customer a screenshot of the reversal process. We send the reversal to stripe, and they send it to the customers bank. She has messaged us on Instagram (not our customer service number nor email accounts) numerous times. As I told her, we cannot Control nor see the banks information. As the customer, she should be able to contact the bank to see the estimated arrival of the reversal. Stripe is the only company we can contact regarding the reversal, in which we have contacted them. They told us the same exact thing we’ve told the customer. We have over 30 orders per day, we are not in anyway, shape or form “scammers” as she put it. Most banks take 5-7 business days to confirm the reversal, some are shorter.
