Level is a professional, customer-centric firm that did a great job An outstanding customer service representative (***) coordinated the initial visit, project start day/time and then followduring and after the project completion to insure satisfaction Ownership (***) is honest and fair And while his focus appears to be providing the initial proposals, his business model uniquely includes a professional, friendly and experienced project leader (in my case, ***) that communicates back to *** as the project advances *** came to the house every day to check on the workmanship, answer questions and generally insure I was happy Finally, the company tradesmen are skilled, friendly and diligent They showed up every day at the exact time scheduled A text message was sent as a courtesy in advance of their arrival Everyone was great I had a complicated ceiling refinishing job that required multiple applications and they did a fantastic job It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Level for your next drywall, trim or paint project
