As you can see from Mr [redacted] 's ledger history and note history, we have a long time of past due payments and moving to auction July 6, 2017, Mr [redacted] agreed that he would not go to lien again, understanding that we, as management, would choose to terminate his lease if it happened Mr [redacted] contacted us on 11/11/17, at which time we told him we were proceeding with the auction of his items unless he paid in full and removed his belongings before the auction on 11/18/ He was mailed, via certified return receipt, the appropriate notices (notice of lien, notice of auction, and notice of lease termination) The only address we have on file is c/o his mom, [redacted] All of the main was returned unclaimed If you need copies of those letters, proof of mailing, and proof of return, I can submit them electronically as wellAdditionally, as you can see in the attached lease agreement, he paid a $deposit, $of which was refundable and has been paid Please feel to contact me via email or phone at

I am rejecting this response because:I am still owed $10 then. It was theft for my other $10 being kept. Also, calling the police in a vindictive matter is not the appropriate way to conduct business. These are my two main complaints.
