CMC does the installations for appliances purchased at Lowes in Plymouth IN On Oct 19, they installed a water heater for us After days the heater went out After several attempts to "ignite" the pilot light, I called Whirlpool and spoke with them While on the phone I realized CMC from Plymouth IN installed a NATURAL GAS water heater to my LP LINE
How does this happen?!?! Well, that's what everyone keeps askingeven Paul from CMC said we were damn lucky it didn't blow up Scary stuff when they don't know the different between Natural Gas and LP Guess our lives just aren't their top priority!
