the customer for return of the item to our distribution center at the following address :

However, upon receiving the product, the distributor found that the item was damaged and the warranty sticker was tampered with as if the customer had opened the laptop and voided the warrantyAs mentioned in our Returns Policy on ***, if the return item is returned damaged, the return will be refused and the RA deniedThis return was refused back to the customer under *** tracking no*** and delivered to him on January We can forward the emails from the distributor confirming that the notebook was opened/warranty sticker tampered with and hence they are refusing this return back to the customerWe apologize but we are unable to process refund for this item that was refused back to the customer because it was returned to us damaged/warranty sticker tampered with. The customer filed A-Z claim on *** and also disputed the charge for this transaction to which we had already submitted our response via ***
