We signed a contract with Giza Construction Sept 2019. Giving them a down payment of $42,000.00. They started working on our master bedroom and bath on our main floor in November. They sent us a letter saying that Giza was shutting down.
The only work they have completed is excavation, footing and post and beam as well as plumbing and HVAC completed and passed inspection.
We have lost approximately $30,000.00. We no recource to devil that money.
We understand that we are not the only elder couple they have done this too.
