Review: I sent my Apple Iphone 4 s to Gixzo after finding them online, I was told I would get $ 100 for my cell or it would be mailed back to me. I received an email from them on on 26 June telling me they found it as they originally couldnt "OK we found it here, we just need to evaluate it and then your payment will be sent out" Since that day I have not heard back from them I have not received payment or my cell phone returned. I either want my payment or the cell phone sent back. We are now in October and I have sent numerous emails to gixzo and have not received a response since the email received on 26 June.Desired Settlement: I either want my payment or the cell phone sent back. Review: I found gixzo.com online when I was looking for a company that buys old cell phones. I put the type of phone in their website (Iphone 4S) and then it tells you how much money you get for your phone (my phone was worth $100) they then send you a pre paid UPS ground label so I sent my phone to them back on the 5 June 2014. I received an email from them asking if I had mailed it because the couldnt find it I then gave them the tracking ID and they said they found it they would evaluate and a payment would be sent out (this was back on 12 June) Then I never heard anything back from them, I have sent numerous emails and also emailed them through their website and to date have not heard anything back as to whether my check was mailed or my phone returned.Desired Settlement: I would either like the payment for my phone or my phone returned to me.
