Very bad to deal with as a merchant and NO customer service

We have redeemed a number of their gift vouchers but have not received several payment checks from them so they ow us a lot of money.

Have tried to contact them a number of times to find out what is going on and to date not one single response from the customers service people.

Review: I purchased (4) gift certificates from giveanything.com on ** December 2013 for Christmas gifts. giveanything.com Order Number: [redacted] Funds were withdrawn from my account on the [redacted]. To date (* Jan 2014) no delivery of any certificates have been made. I have attempted to phone giveanything.com numerous times and have left messages. To date no response on the part of giveanything.com has been made. I have also numberous times attempted to contact them through their site customer service contact. Again, no response from giveanything.comI can only assume that this business is a scam and would not recommend anyone attempting to use their services.As it is well past Christmas, I would prefer a refund and I will arrange for a different gift for my friends.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund. $300.00 Total Gift Certificate Value$7.80 Service Fee Total_____________$307.80 Order Total
