On April 29, 2019, we purchased 4 *** @ $95.00 each plus $12.00 new tire surcharge and $7.80 for valve stems from a reputable dealer in Montreal. We were told that there was a $40 rebate on the purchase of 4 tires providing we submitted the official rebate form and original proof of purchase.
We mailed all documents within the allowed time frame (posted by 6/30/19) and allowed 8-10 weeks and have received no acknowledgment from the company Giti Tires 18-35303 611 Wonderland North London, Ont.
Our dealer tells us we are not the first to complain.
I intend to take this to the Revdex.com and Quebec Consumer Affairs if there is no reply in the next ten days.
Refund They have more than ample time to give us the rebate promised. Send Cheque
