Review: [redacted] failed to deliver our wedding album and portraits from our July 2010 wedding in which we paid the final contract amount of $3595.50.

[redacted] Photography has failed to deliver our 9.5x13 Italian Wedding Book and three 11x14 portraits from our July 2010 wedding. We paid the final contract amount of $3595.50 on the day of the wedding. The last correspondence [redacted] ever made with me was June 14, 2011, via email. Since that date I have emailed [redacted] three separate times (dated: December 4, 2011, February 2, 2012, and March 22, 2012) regarding when we would receive our wedding album and have received zero response from [redacted]. On November 5, 2012 I sent [redacted] a letter via certified mail (which was signed by a [redacted] at her studio) requesting a refund of $2,020 which was the total cost, according to [redacted]'s pricing booklet that I received in 2010, for the 9.5x13 Italian Wedding Book ($1795) and three 11x14 portraits ($75 each) by November 17, 2012. Again, I did not hear from [redacted] after I sent that letter so on December 14, 2012 I had a lawyer send [redacted] a letter in which we demanded reimbursement of the full price paid to [redacted] which was $3,595 plus interest at 2% per month for four months (per paragraph 11 of the contract) plus one hour of attorneys fees ($450 per hour per paragraph 16.) The letter stated that we expected payment in the total amount of $4,907.80 to be made within five business days of the date of the letter and if she failed to do so, we'll pursue arbitration. Once again, [redacted] did not response.

After looking at [redacted] Photography on Revdex.com and doing a simple Google search of [redacted] Photography Reviews I have seen that there are other people who have had delivery issues and not received their wedding albums, as well. Desired Settlement: I am requesting reimbursement of the full price paid to [redacted] which was $3,595 plus interest at 2% per month for four months (per paragraph 11 of the contract) plus one hour of attorneys fees ($450 per hour per paragraph 16.) I would like this payment in the total amount of $4,907.80 to be made no later than June 28, 2013.
