Giron Roofing did outstanding work at my house.. In addition to replacing the roof, they replaced a skylight and repaired the gutters. They worked quickly and neatly with good communication.

We were so pleased with Giron! They were competitively priced and provided exceptional service. Expected we would receive extra charges for plywood that needed to be replaced and it was very reasonable. The roofers were very hard working and polite, always showed up first thing in the morning and worked until dark even on cold rainy days. They picked up every nail and shingle, did a great job cleaning. Highly recommend this company!

We were pleased from the start. Roger was our sales person. He listened to our needs, answered our questions and help us decide on the shingle type and color that best fit our needs. Our roof was put on in January so the weather wasn’t the most cooperative. Lester communicated daily if a crew was going to be out or not - pending weather. Once the job started we were even more impressed. The crew was so clean! They left nothing behind. They came through with what appeared to be a large magnet to pick up any small metal pieces/nails left behind. We couldn’t be happier with our project and the service Giron provided!

They have been superb! They did a complete tear down 3 years ago during a week of 100 degree days. Worked hard, arrived on time, excellent daily cleanup and very nice to work with!
The bid was under-estimated which caused 3 more days of work and more material. I was concerned about an increased cost.
Not a penny more!! They stuck to the price quoted including some “free” additional work.
This year a couple of shingles came off and they immediately responded and fixed.
Additional bonus and recommendation: the gutters.
The gutter company they contracted with at the time was terrible. Giron acknowledged such and had the gutters re-done on their dime and installed additional gutters for free. The gutters now are excellent!
I find the employees excellent to work with. Fair pricing and they hold to their bid. They care about quality and keeping happy customers.
Hire Giron, you will be pleased. If something goes awry, they make it right!

This is going to sound like a paid advertisement because the experience and quality of work, from start to finish with Giron Roofing was second to none. My partner, a retired Contractor/Carpenter, has extremely high standards for work done on our home so this review is not given lightly. We received 4 quotes for the roof. After doing our due diligence we chose the quote from Jose Giron, feeling that the price was more than fair and this family owned company sounded like one we would like to do business with. Armando and crew arrived on time, were respectful of our property, kept us informed the entire job and finished when expected. It was almost like theater watching the crew work. The first day it was getting dark and the men put on headlamps to get a portion of the roof finished before leaving. At one point I looked up and not only was the Supervisor up on the roof helping but also one of the owners, who had stopped to inspect the days progress. Now about the Roof - it was not an 'easy' job (see photos). When a couple problems arose they were taken care of professionally, the quality of work was exceptional and the cleanup seemed like magic. Giron Roofing says: 'Our primary focus is, has always been, and would unequivocally always be you, our client.' I believe this statement is true. We couldn’t be happier and are glad to give Giron Roofing 5 Stars across the board. We will refer our family, friends and neighbors and would use them again without hesitation.

I think these guys did a wonderful job. Jose was very professional in his dealing with us and also had a good sense of humor which is important to me. All the crews were professional and courteous during their interaction with my wife. I was gone for most of the installations but my wife would update me as things went along. Some days they worked into the dark hours trying to stay ahead of the unexpected weather. The roof and gutters came out above expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

On July 23, 2019 I entered a contract with Giron Roofing to replace my roof. On August 1st the job was started and we encountered several issues that made us concerned. It started with employees showing up to work unannounced without us not being home. Our skylights were removed from there locations while still in the open position and one was dropped and broke during this visit. After the continued miscommunication we decided to have our son come and meet the contractor onsite as he has been in construction the entirety of his adult life. After several attempts to get them to meet us, a meeting was set. At this meeting the damaged skylight, damaged shingles, missing vent and the drip line in the front of the roof not matching the roofline in the back. This meeting took place on September 4th. Three individuals attended this meeting along with my son. They were Jose, Abraham and Chris M. Chris was the Malarcky roofing representative, as we asked for a rep to be present to ensure the installation was correct. After this meeting an individual by the name of Lester steeped in and told us he was going to handle this project personally due to it not being handled correctly to this point. Lester assured us that a new skylight was being ordered and all the other issues would be corrected. The skylight arrived and was the same brand nor did it even look the same from the interior. It also didn't have the same lifetime warranty the original one had. After it was installed without any of the warranty paperwork given to us. We realized that our other skylights had been screwed shut leaving them inoperable. We use these for ventilation throughout the year and this is completely unacceptable. We are no longer even sure if they are covered by there warranty either.

I needed to replace a 35 year old shake roof and a friend recommended Giron roofing. I am extremely happy with all aspects of the job Giron roofing did. Jose gave a very competitive bid, a great assessment of the needs for the project, everyone at Giron was outstanding with the communication before , during and after the job was done. They had a great crew for all 3 days of the job and finished the project on time. Cleanup was superb. I would highly recommend Giron Roofing to anyone in need of roof repair.

Outstanding, I was so impressed from bid to final inspection. This is a very professional company, they get the job done fast and efficiently. I am so glad I took the time to get just one more bid, after hours of listening to other sales pitches and then ending up with absolutely outrageous bids, in came Eric he had no fancy sales pitches, didn't cut into my evening more then needed, gave me the bid I was looking for and that included the gutters!! Could it get any better? Yes, with in 1 week my roof was replaced and gutters installed.
I am still pinching myself as I drive up to my home that looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you to all those hard working people at Giron Roofing!!

Listen, for me – reading reviews is very important. I have never written a review before, but I realize that I should this time.
I want to say Thank You to Jose Giron for coming to our house and for giving us an honest and fair quote on our roof project. We knew that we needed a complete tear down and replacement on our 1960’s ranch and that we would probably have issues that needed to be fixed. We had previous quotes, one of which was obviously an attempt to take advantage of my elderly Mom and myself.
Jose gave us a very reasonable quote, and we just felt right about his demeanor and his assessment. Go with your instincts. That’s what we did.
Our experience with Giron Roofing was very positive. They took on the job very quickly, completed our roof in 2 days and followed up with some additional repairs. Their roofers and subcontractors were all so hard-working, honest and did good work.

Job was done super fast (less than 2 days) and communication was great. They took before and after photos that made it easy to see the work that had been done. I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail.

We contacted Giron Roofing about repairing the lower, damaged and leaking, portion of our roof. We were given a reasonable estimate to have the roof replaced, and contracted to have that done. The work was scheduled to be done within two weeks from that time. The work crew arrived promptly on the scheduled start day. They worked diligently, completing the work within two days, and cleaned up afterwards. We thought they did professional work, and the new roof looks great. Three months later, we decided to have the remaining roof replaced, and again contracted with Giron Roofing. Again, they were able to work us into their schedule within two weeks. Again, a crew arrived on the appointed day, and the roofing was completed in two days. Overall, we are pleased with the new roof, the work of the crews, and the professionalism of the company. We would recommend Giron Roofing.

Giron painted the exterior of our house. All work was done very well! We did have several issues; however, upon contacting Giron someone was out to the house that very day. All issues were addressed professionally and to my satisfaction. Price was competitive, clean-up very good, and house looks great!

Long story short, we happened by chance to see Giron Roofing at work in our neighborhood. In the course of three days, we witnessed the crew complete their job with an attractive roof(they also did the gutters) and their clean up was impressive as well. The homeowners gave them glowing praise without even asking them what they thought . We had already received a couple of bids from two reputable roofing companies but wanted another bid. We asked for a business card from a Giron supervisor who was at this particular work site and gave them a call. Their response was immediate and we scheduled with Benny, just the best, who sold us on his company . Giron, by the way, uses the same quality materials as the other two companies but their bid came in lower. We signed up with Giron and Benny did a thorough walk through on our roof and followed up on possible concerns he detected from what he could see. Our projected work date began as planned and thank goodness the weather cooperated as the crew began on a Monday and by Tuesday's end, we had a beautiful new roof. The crew began each day early and worked long hours through the early evening. They are truly hard working professionals who as a team did a wonderful job in every respect. Their clean up was meticulous much to our delight. Benny returned with another supervisor to inspect the completed roof and found a couple of minor things needing tweaking which was given attention to the following day, then followed up immediately by another inspection and final clearance by Benny. Giron Roofing gives attention to detail and assurance that they guarantee the quality of their workmanship and satisfaction from their customer. We commend and highly recommend this company for their work ethic and finished results!

Our experience with Giron was nothing short of fantastic. The price was very competitive, the work was started the next week and completed within a day and a half. Cleanup was impeccable, the project lead communicated well with me on the progress and the new roof looks great. I would definitely hire Giron again! In fact, we having them quote us to replace our siding too.

Everything went smoothly from the quotation through to the installation. I was very pleased with the price as well.

I like these guys and have used them on 2 different jobs two years apart. Complete job including total cleanup. Five stars.
