Review: I purchased a suit at the St. Louis Armani Outlet in Chesterfield, Missouri. I received the assistance of the salesperson on buying the proper size. The suit he suggested was large (size 44) and he stated it needed alterations. Upon completing the sale, he stated that I can "return the suit within 14 days or exchange it for the 42." Thus, I purchased the suit under the impression I can return it if alterations prove impractical. I tried the suit on 2 nights later and realized it was extremely oversized and exchanged it for the 42, which also needed alterations due to it being too large. I visited a tailor the following night and she suggested the suit is too big, doesn't fit right and requires many alterations. As a result, I decided to return it and checked my receipt to confirm the return policy. I noticed the receipt said no refunds and exchanges only. Afterwards, I called the store and they repeated this policy. The suit was purchaed 3 nights ago, it has never been worn, and the tags are still on it. I feel I received bad advice on the suit's fitting and was mislead about the return policy.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the suit.
