Review: I purchased two bottles of Armani foundation which expired in 9/2014 and I had also purchased from [redacted] at the [redacted] mall as well which also expired in 9/2014. When I called Armani to ask why they were supplying expired foundation I was told it wouldn't do anything to hurt me however in talking to a dermatologist it can cause severe breakouts! I asked to speak to a supervisor immediately and was given the run around when the lady said I couldn't provide the proper numbers to prove it was expired!! Also was told a supervisor would call me within an hour and 3 days went by before I even had one contact me saying I needed to pay to ship the foundation back and once they researched it they would get back with me! Why would you sell a expired product?? Why isn't your factory or whoever is shipping out your orders check your stock?? Bad business!!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund including my overnight shipping charge and also a label to send the expired product back! I want refund immediately not have to wait for product to be received back as I can email pics of the expiration dates on both the boxes and bottles!

Review: I placed an order GAB_71111632 on 11/12/2014 and some items were cancelled because out of stock, I paid with e-gift card, so I contacted the website service and they said the funds would release back to the e-Gift Card in 5-8 business days. but I never received the refund at all, I contacted them several times but never got any reply, I have to make a complaint.Desired Settlement: refund my funds
