Review: CHARGE DIFFERENT PRICES ON BILL THAN ARE LISTED IN MENU---THOUGHT I WAS PAYING 9+ DOLLARS BILL SAID 11+ DOLLARSPASSING OUT OLD MENUES WITH TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRICES ON BILLDISHONEST PLACE OF BUSINESS-----I CANCELLED ORDER---CUSTOMERS WITH BAD MATH SKILLS ARE BEING SCREWED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR FACES!!!!! AND DONT REALIZE IT.Desired Settlement: CONTACT THEM TO STOP THIS DISHONEST POLICY --RIPPING CUSTOMERS OF!EVERYONE WHO BOUGHT ANYTHING IN THAT PLACE TODAY OCT 17, 2013 GOT SCREWED FINANCIALLY--WHO KNOWS HOW LONG THAT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON!!!CHANGE COMPUTER PRICES TO WHAT CUSTOMER SEES ON MENU---ALL SEEMS ILLEGAL!

I have waited a while to respond to this review because I wanted to make sure I thought it through carefully and with an open mind. I hope that as you read this you are also open minded about my response. First of all, thank you for taking time out of your day to write a review about Giorgino's on [redacted], however I wish you would have shared all the details about this experience. Before you ever had the chance to look at the menu, we disclosed the fact that the prices on the menu did not match our current pricing. We tried to explain the fact that we were out of current menus and had to resort to using some old stock. We also tried to accommodate you with a free meal to help end the arguing that was causing tension and aggravation to our staff and surrounding customers. I feel that no matter how I tried to explain to you or what I offered, you were not going to be satisfied. The gentleman that was with you was satisfied with our explanation and apparently enjoyed his meal. I am offended by your comment about our customers being stupid people. Our customers are intelligent, kind and generous. Also, Cheez Whiz is optional and due to customer demand, we added it to the menu. I would apologize, but I know that in this particular situation we did everything we could to try to resolve the matter. Sincerely,[redacted]
