My vehicle has been in the shop since November 20, 2018. It is there for a transmission issue. The transmission issue started soon after it was purchased. However, I thought it was because the vehicle automatically convert from 4 to 8 cylinder. Therefore, I was thinking it was performing correctly until my wife was driving during a vacation. I told her everything was driving as normal until it started to slip more. I purchased the vehicle form *** Chevrolet in Conyers, GA. I stopped taking my vehicle there because the service manager is unprofessional and didn't want to honor the warranty. Ginn Chevrolet is telling me they can't get a part for the transmission nor can they get a transmission for my vehicle. This is a 2015 American built vehicle that I am being told the dealer can't get a part to repair. I would never purchase another vehicle from General motors and wish I could get my money back to buy a different vehicle. They can't even tell me when they will be able to get the part to repair it. I need a truck and I don't think I want to deal with General Motors anymore.
Refund If my vehicle can't be repaired in 10 days, I want my money back to purchase another vehicle other than a General Motors.

I did hear from the company. They finally returned my vehicle stating it was repaired. The vehicle is drivable. However, it displays jerking movements from time to time. I called services to inform them of the issue. I was informed to continue to drive it so the computer could make the necessary adjustments. I am afraid to drive the vehicle. I really want GM to refund at least half of the money I paid for the truck or at the minimum; replace the transmission. GM have knowledge of the existing problems with the vehicles.
I do want to make sure that Ginn Chevrolet wasn't the purchase place of this vehicle. I took it to them because I didn't trust the dealership where it was purchased. However, I strongly believe that my complaint was forwarded to GM headquarters for the decisions and the parts was requested through them. If given the opportunity, I would return my recent Corvette I purchased. I have no confidence in their products. My truck remained in their shop for approximately 2 months because of a part they should have had. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter.
Service department is awful. We took our car there and first they didn't do as we requested until after complaining and 24 hours later. Complained to service manager, who argued with my husband over the phone on how this was handled. When we got our car back 28 hours later, we found out they had driven it 42 miles! Complained again to general manager, who stated that test driving 42 miles is not unusual, sometimes we even drive them 300 miles! We will never go there again!
