I am rejecting this response because:The company put my old brake pads back because they said would be ok until the next day when the owner would fix the car with the correct pads, when he charged me 40 dollars for putting my OLD pads back on is when I got upset, this had nothing to do with the accident, the fact that they didnt bleed the breaks or put the brake cylinder cap back on caused the accident. I recently found out that the job was done by a non employee named Daryll, I have his phone number if you would like to contact him. I also was NOT ticketed by the police.

business called and gave his response verbally.  He stated that it was determined that the consumer's car needed new brake pads.  The consumer went to [redacted] bought items and returned.  The parts were not the correct ones, according to the business.  Consumer went back to...

[redacted] and again returned with the wrong ones.  Consumer insisted that the business put the old parts back on the car.  Business did and tested the brakes.  He warned the customer that they were no good.  Consumer was angry when leaving and backed into another vehicle in the lot.  Consumer demanded the business owner give him his insurance info.  Business refused.  Consumer called police.  Police came and ticketed the consumer.  Consumer left the business.
