Review: I placed an order for 6 pounds of cookies costing $53.95 on 1/23/2014 to be delivered to my work. The $53.95 was deducted from my checking account on 1/24/2014 (I paid with my debit card). I received the cookies on 1/27/2014 however when I opened the package the tin container was all beat up, I proceeded to open the tin and the cookies inside were broken and looked stale. I bit into a cookie and indeed they were stale and very hard. I also found the container to be much too small to weigh 6 pounds so I took the container to the mailroom at my job and weighed it and it only weighed 4 pounds. I immediately called the company and the gentleman ([redacted]) agreed that he would immediately send me a fresh baked, 6 pound container of cookies. I waited several days and no cookies arrived so I called again on 2/6/2014 and [redacted] again apologized and I said at this point please just credit my account back the $53.95.[redacted] agreed that my account would be credited the $53.95. [redacted] stated that it might take 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear however as of 2/25/2014 the credit had not been given to me so I called [redacted] again on 2/25/2014 at approximately 10:00 am, he stated he would check with the accounting department and call me back within an hour. It is now 2/26/2014 at 4:15 pm and he has still not called me back and the $53.95 has still not been deposited back to my bank account.Desired Settlement: I would like the $53.95 to be deposited back to my bank account from which the original payment was made from.
