I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
We have not received phone calls from the home owner after services were provided in February, however we will (and have already) attempt to contact the home owner to resolve any issues with her windows and patio door. We are the manufacturer of the windows, however we did not install them. We will...
in fact resolve any issues with these products.
Review: We order a slide door and screen for the entire house on May 13, 2013. They were the company who originally made my home doors and windows and they had the measurements (entire). 3 times they came, broke down my slide door and they're measurements were wrong...3 times! And, last time they brought 3 wrong part measurements and they brought no screens for the door. From total amount of $909 I gave $709 and I kept the $2500 and would've given whet hey brought the parts. They called on the day they were supposed to bring the missing parts and screen door saying you have to pay $399.99 instead of $200. We don't know why they changed the amount all of a sudden. They are a big co. and I trusted them but they ruined my slide door and left it incomplete with no screen door.Desired Settlement: Complete work for original price and bring all the extra parts.

Business' Initial Response
The homeowner contacted us to purchase new screens and a new patio door. We gave her a quote based on the information in the original file for the windows in her house. She accepted the quote and we built the patio door. When we went to install it we discovered that the actual size of her door did not match the size listed in the original file. We measured the existing door and found it to be undersized. We gave the homeowner a new quote based on the fact that a replacement was non standard size and in fact more expensive because the glass was a special order. She agreed to the new quote and we built the new door based on that. When the time came for us to install the resized door we called her with the balance that remained for the door and the screens that had already been replaced. She insisted that she owed a lesser amount based on the original quote. She had originally paid a deposit on the door and the screens. She owed a total of $399.00 and she insisted that she only owed the balance of $200.00 which was the amount that was due before the second quote. We have installed the door and there are a few minor adjustments that still need to be done. We also still owe her her patio door screen. We will do the remainder when the balance is paid.
Consumer's Final Response
they told you guys the same thing they told me on the phone , they only thing I am
asking them to do is to bring my screen door and the incomplete parts for $200.00 , the price they gave me in the first place
Business' Final Response
We would like to see this resolved so we are will to split the difference with the homeowner. She says she owes $200 and we say she owes $399. If she will agree to pay $298 then we will schedule an appointment and complete the work. Also she must agree that her husband will not tell our worker how to do their job. And we would request the payment to be in cash.
