Gilligan Roofing

Review: My roof is flat and pitched which requires two kinds of roofing material. Gilligan roofing installed only one kind of roof throughout resulting in leaks on the flat roof portion. I called him and he responded immediately, assed the problem and never answered my calls again. I called the town engineer who told me that gilligan never filed a permit so there's nothing they can do. I had to install a new roof on the flat roof portion. I have been deliberately defrauded by gilligan as we talked about the flat roof and he ensured me he was a roofing contractor who knows that he needs two kinds of roof. All calls went unanswered.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the amount I spent on repairing the roof.
