On Dec 4, 2018 I received an e-mail stating that I would be able to receive "40% to 75% discount to help you settle your account." Offer expiring December 31st, 2018. I did want to take advantage of this offer as I have in the past so I called them on December 10, 2018. Upon that call they transferred me to Jule G who told me; that offer was sent to me in error, and as of such I was not eligible for that discount as I was not a difficult enough client and was paying regularly. It was then agreed to drop the payment amount from 792 down to 700 and that would close out the account; this was against my better judgement as it was a complete bait and switch call, also like I said I had received and taken this offer before from your firm. I was then transferred to Melissa who took the payment. Immediately after the call I stopped the automatic payments that were going to you but one automatic payment was sent the same day for 25.00 meaning I figured I would be owed 25.00 back, Instead I have received multiple letters stating that I owe additional money. This compounding my bait and switch feelings as not only was the call bait and switch provoked by false offers sent to me but even the amount I ended up paying did not close the account as agreed to. I have this call recorded if needed.
