Ms*** initially contacted our office on November 10, requesting that hercase be closed and the balance of her retainer to be refundedShe was advised that her filewould be closed and no further billing would ensueOn December 23, 2014, Ms*** wassent a closing letter
that outlined when her file would be destroyed and further providing theoption for her to retrieve it from our office.Ms*** then contacted our office on April 30, requesting the balance of herretainerShe was informed that her retainer has been depleted and the outstanding balance onher account had actually been written off by our firmOn May 5, she was provided withher invoices as requested (invoices had already been provided once a month as services wererendered)I have attached all of Ms***’s invoices to this letter for your review..As you will see, Ms***’s initial retainer of $2,was exhausted and nobalance remains for refundAny services she claims were billed to her account after it wasclosed in our office, plus services billed before her account was closed, were written off and shewas not chargedTherefore, her complaint to your office is completely unfounded.Thank you for your time and considerationPlease contact our office if you have anyquestions.Sincerely,
